We relocated our Mexican production plant, SMK Electronica S.A. DE C.V., and started operations at the new site from January this year.

The previous Mexican plant was split into three branch factories in two separate locations,but it has been relocated to a site located approximately 10km away and integrated into one place, enabling a more efficiently-managed one-site operation.
Further, the total space of the plant has been increased from 13,962㎡ to 14,790㎡ to support increased production scale in line with extra demand,and we are also aiming to improve product quality and in-house production at this new site.

This new Mexican plant is a response to increased demand for digital home appliances and automotives etc.
in the potentially expanding Latin American market as well as the North American market.
We intend to provide products more smoothly and flexibly to our customers in the future by integrating the operations of local manufacturing and sales offices.
