Addition of 3 new types to expand our repertoire of standard micro-USB products

 SMK’s previously launched micro-USB connectors for small, portable devices such as mobile phones and smartphones have received favorable notices, and we are now pleased to announce that we have expanded our repertoire of standard receptacle products to meet market demand.
In addition to the normal type, we have added a type with a stand-off and a reverse type. Including these 3 new types, this now brings our total to 5 separate designs.
Insert mold receptacles are resistant to twisted plug insertion and are provided with a stopper which prevents excess plug travel.
The mounting design of the shell to a PWB is available in SMT and DIP types. Its unique shell structure ensures strength against skew insertion and impact.
We aim in the future to further expand our product repertoire, such as the introduction of mid-mounted types.
