We are pleased to announce the development and marketing of a push-type speaker terminal accepting banana terminals, for connection of speakers to home theater systems and AV receivers. Particulars of this product are outlined below.

As DVD products and high quality large screen TVs win more popularity, demands for home theater systems have grown and also so with speaker connecting terminals.

This product can accept both banana terminals and direct cable connection, which is first in the industry for simple push-type terminals. Our exclusive terminal structure (patent pending) enables connection via banana plugs which are known for well-established high quality tone, as well as conventional cable connection. This provides users with an option to choose their favorite way of connection. Further, a structure for usable cable sizes from AWG 15 to 22 (patent pending) is employed. Usability of thicker gauge cables than those conventionally used for connection is in line with user orientation toward higher quality tone and higher grade products.

PWBs and panels can be developed to be compatible with those for our YS series screw terminals. This success is made possible by our own design. Dependent of product destinations and classes, PWBs may be designed common among equipment models.

The number of poles comes in as amply as horizontal 2, 4, 6 and 8. Products intended for the European market are also available.
