Screw Type Terminal Board Connector Repertoire Expanded

We are pleased to announce the development of a screw type terminal board connector in an attempt to optimize our terminal board connector repertoire. The particulars of this connector are given below.

Terminal board connectors are primarily for electrical connection of indoor and outdoor units of air conditioners and used inside of such units. In the Japanese market, the use rate of VVF solid soft copper wires is high, which adapts one-touch connection type terminal boards, while, in the overseas market, use of stranded wires is more frequent making the main market stream of terminal board connectors to be of a screw type.

This product is of screw type design for use in ease of both stranded and VVF solid soft copper wires. Materials used are environment-friendly in compliance with the RoHS Directive, and are plated.

Faston terminals employed make it easy to connect internal wiring of equipment to this connector.

The mounting structure of a type passing through the panel makes 3-D layout possible and helps save mounting space. This product will be produced in our factory in Shenzheng, Kuangtung, China, which is dedicated for production of connectors for supply throughout the world including South-East Asian countries.
